These curls are poppin…oh, how I love this look. So I just did a big chop of my locs of 9 years and am using Camille Rose curl maker with Ecostyler Aloe vera gel, and I love it, but I noticed the gel would flake a bit. I never thought about mixing them together prior to application, but this makes total sense. Because I am salt and pepper, the flakes were not that noticeable.
